What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

Purchase a participating Breville espresso machine from a participating retail store within the Promotional Period between 20 February 2020 and 31 March 2020.

These Participating Products are the following Breville models:

  • BES990BSS the Oracle® Touch Stainless Steel
  • BES990BTR the Oracle® Touch Black Truffle
  • BES980BSS the Oracle® Stainless Steel
  • BES980BKS the Oracle® Black Sesame

How long is the Offer Period?

You must purchase your Breville product between 20 February 2020 and 31 March 2020. All claims must be fully completed and submitted online by 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 March 2020. No claims will be processed after this date.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?

Unfortunately not. You will need to find a family member or friend who has internet access who can help you complete an online claim.

Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact us via email at: breville@campaign.net.au for assistance.

What is the gift with purchase?

Each claimant whose claim is validated will receive a two-part Gift as follows:

  1. Gift 1 - A Harvey Norman Gift Card in the amount of either:
    (a) $200 for purchasing the Oracle Touch (BES990) or
    (b) $150 for purchasing the Oracle (BES980).
    Purchase must be made in store at a Participating Store.

  2. Gift 2 - Barista Gift Pack (only available while stocks last) to be redeemed online, which contains:
    • 1 x Breville the Bean Keeper Coffee Bean Cannister
    • 480ml Milk Jug
    • Breville Steam Wand Cleaner
    • 2x Bodum Dual Wall Cappuccino Glasses
    • Breville Coffee Residue Cleaner (40 pack)
    • 2 x Bodum Dual Wall Espresso Glasses
    • P&R Single Origin Coffee Beans (1 x 250g)
    • 2 x Microfibre Cleaning Cloths

When will I receive my gift?

Gift 1 - Harvey Norman Gift Card will be received immediately upon purchasing a participating product at participating store.

Gift 2 - Barista Gift Pack we will endeavor to arrange the delivery within 28 business days of your claim being validated.

Q. What if I'm not home to accept delivery?

Per your instruction, the parcel will be delivered "authority to leave" or sent to the post office to be collected at your convenience.

Q. What if I change my address?
