How to Claim

  1. Purchase a participating Breville espresso machine from a participating retailer between Monday 1st April 2019 and Sunday 2nd June 2019.
  1. Scan or photograph your purchase receipt.
  1. Complete the official online claim form here no later than 30th June 2019, providing your details and purchase information.
  1. Upload your scanned or photographed purchase receipt, and click "submit". You will then receive email confirmation of your claim and claim ID number.
  1. Claims will be verified and you will receive email confirmation of your claim validation, or a request for additional information. For any customer queries during this period, please contact us via:

  1. Once your claim has been validated, please allow approximately 28 days to receive the first of your gift deliveries.
